First off, let’s talk about Kula – our haven of peace. Hiking up there to escape the summer heat and the frenetic energy was simply divine. There’s something so grounding about being surrounded by nature, and Kula never disappoints. If you haven’t joined us on a hike yet, what are you waiting for? Trust me, you’ll leave with your spirit rejuvenated and your soul smiling.
On the personal training front, I’ve been having an absolute blast at the gym. You all have been crushing your goals, and I couldn’t be prouder. I’m thrilled to announce that I now have new availability on Sundays and Thursdays. To celebrate, I’m offering a 30-minute sample session! Come on, let’s shake up your routine and set some new benchmarks. Your wellness goals are my priority, and I’m here to provide accountability, customized plans, and heaps of encouragement.
Recovery is an art I’ve mastered over the years, and I’m excited to deepen my expertise with a specialization in corrective exercises. Teaching deadlifts has been a highlight, and I’ve crafted some stellar lower body and full-body programs to get everyone in peak form.
